I am wondering if that's what the error I'm seeing is - not having that ASMedia USB root hub driver that I need for Oculus. I am wondering if that's the problem as I don't see one for 3.1? When I google device manager images randomly with some of my key search words, I do see some device managers having "ASMedia USB Root Hub" under that last USB Controllers section. Motherboard: ASUS Z87A with USB 3.0 produced by Intel (at least specs are saying that). However I get streaming through all demos in Kinect Browser. Try the Microsoft drivers and see if it runs. Also look for an Intel one and make sure it has (microsoft) at the end of it as well. I have no rear 2.0 ports but I still assumed they would have their own controller. Example 'ASmedia USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 0.96 (microsoft)' is what it should look like if you have an Asmedia USB controller on your motherboard. Right-click on ASMedia USB3.0 eXtensible Host Controller or ASMedia USB3.
